BLOW MOLDING
For hollow parts where exterior features and dimensions are critical but internal dimensions are not, blow molding is the preferred method. With no core removal necessary, convoluted parts are no problem.

THERMOFORMING
Efficient and cost-effective production of plastic parts makes thermoforming a viable option for many projects. Thermoforming is the process of heating, shaping, cooling and trimming thermoplastic sheet into products. Initial project costs are generally lower than other production methods, while lead times for tooling and production are usually reduced.

OVERMOLDING
If your looking for strong, structural pieces that can also be ergonomic for your end user, overmolding is the solution. Overmolding molds together two different substances – generally a rubber-like plastic elastomer over the top of a rigid plastic substrate for structure.

INJECTION MOLDING
